After this chapter is adopted by the Levy Court,
suggestions of additions, changes or modifications of the existing
chapter shall be submitted to the Kent County Levy Court by the Department
of Public Works. The Kent County Levy Court shall forward the proposed
additions, changes or modifications to the Kent County Regional Sewer
Advisory Board for review, evaluation, and recommendation for approval
as proposed or make changes agreed upon by the SAB. A public hearing
before the Levy Court shall be held for recommended changes, and the
final decision shall be made by the Levy Court. The Sanitary Code
shall then be modified by ordinance.
