The resident and real estate taxpayer beach parking fee shall be as established by the Board of Selectmen, following notice and a public hearing. For more information please refer to the annual Beach Parking Pass Policy.

The Selectmen are authorized to set the daily parking rates for the Town's municipal parking lots. Notice and a public hearing are required before any change in the daily parking rates. For more information please refer to the annual Beach Parking Pass Policy.

A. 
There will be no shading devices larger than eight feet by eight feet or larger than eight feet in diameter on beaches between April 1 and October 1.
B. 
Shading devices shall be properly stabilized or secured to prevent uncontrolled movement of the devices and potential safety hazards.
C. 
Shading devices are prohibited on beaches between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
D. 
Camping or overnight sleeping is prohibited on the beaches at all times. All personal items are to be removed from the beach when leaving.
E. 
On all beaches, shading devices shall be placed no closer to 15 feet from a seawall and 15 feet away from a beach right-of-way entrance.
