This article prohibits the parking of commercial vehicles on Denton Township property except while making deliveries or conducting business with the Township and prescribes a penalty for the violation of the provisions of this article. It also preserves the peace, welfare, order and safety of persons and property in the Township.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
A motor vehicle bearing commercial vehicle license plates.
PERSONS OR PERSON
A natural person and also includes corporations, partnerships and associations and their officers and officials existing under or authorized to exist under the laws of the State of Michigan or of any other state or any foreign country.
No person shall park a commercial vehicle on Denton Township property except while making deliveries or conducting business with the Township.
Any person who shall park a commercial vehicle on Denton Township property except while making deliveries or conducting business with the Township shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, and proceedings shall be instituted pursuant to Chapter 38, Municipal Civil Infractions.

The Township Supervisor is hereby authorized to enforce this article, and he or she may delegate the enforcement to any administrative official or employee of the Township.
