No person shall knowingly and willfully aid
or abet a child under the age of 17 years to violate an order of the
Family Division of the Circuit Court or knowingly and willfully conceal
or harbor juvenile runaways who have taken flight from the custody
of the court, their parents or legal guardian.
Any person who violates the provisions of this
article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall
be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than one year,
or both [MSA § 25.264(1)(2)].
