It shall be unlawful in the city for any person to leave in a place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded ice box or refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight snap-lock or other locking device thereon, without first removing the said snap or other locking device or doors from said ice box, refrigerator or container.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.
