It shall be unlawful in the city for any person to leave in a place
accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded ice box or refrigerator
or any other container of any kind which has an airtight snap-lock or other
locking device thereon, without first removing the said snap or other locking
device or doors from said ice box, refrigerator or container.
