The subdivider shall pay a filing fee as provided in Chapter 133, Fees, every subdivision preliminary plat submitted to the Planning Commission for approval.

The subdivider shall pay a fixed charge of 4% of the total cost of sewer, water, paving and sidewalks to the city to cover the cost incurred by the City Engineer in checking and approving subject development plans and project inspection.
