A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle on any private property or in any private parking space without the express or implied consent, authorization or ratification of the owner, holder, occupant, signee, lessee, agent, or trustee of such property or parking space.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any persons to use a parking lot other than intended without the express or implied consent, authorization or ratification of the owner, holder, occupant, signee, lessee, agent, or trustee of such property or parking space.

Display on the premises of a sign of reasonable size of not less than six square feet clearly readable stating that the premises and/or the parking spaces are restricted for certain specific purposes as stated therein shall be deemed as prima facie evidence of notice to any person parking on the premises. Signs for parking lot spaces designated for the handicapped are excepted from the minimum size requirements of this article.
Every vehicle parked in parking lot spaces designated for the physically handicapped shall be equipped with special plates or serial-numbered registration displayed on the handicapped person's vehicle. Any owner or operator of a motor vehicle who fails to produce at the City of Roseville Police Department evidence of his or her physical handicap by way of special license plates, registration or insurance or other competent evidence, when requested to do so or within 72 hours thereafter, shall be deemed to be in violation of this article.

Any person violating provisions of this article shall be deemed to have committed a civil infraction.
