Procedural requirements applicable to the governing body, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment, operating under the Municipal Land Use Law of the State of New Jersey (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.), are contained within Chapter 330, Land Development.[1]
