The Township Council of the Township of Burlington hereby adopts the Loss Control Program, including, but not limited to, the Employee Handbook and the Policies and Procedures for the Township of Burlington as it relates to the said Loss Control Plan, which has been reviewed and approved by the Municipal Excess Liability Fund.[2]
