Township of Burlington, NJ Chapter 214 Driver Training Schools

§ 214-1 Restricted areas. [1]

All businesses licensed pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:12-1 et seq., to conduct, for profit, the training of student drivers and generally referred to as "driver training schools" are hereby prohibited from conducting said training in the following areas:

A. All areas zoned residential.
