A.
Every dwelling shall have a cooking facility which,
if electrical, shall be connected to an electrical system of sufficient
capacity or, if gas, to an appropriate supply source by permanent
fixtures and tubing to avoid the leakage of gas. All connections,
electric or gas, shall be made in compliance with all applicable provisions
of the State Uniform Construction Code, N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq.
B.
For safe operation, the use of any stove for cooking
purposes requiring flammable liquids for fuel is prohibited.
A copy of the State Uniform Construction Code
has been annexed hereto and three copies of the same have been placed
on file with the Clerk of Burlington Township and are available to
all persons desiring to use and examine the same pursuant to N.J.S.A.
40:49-5.1.
