The position of Technical Assistant to the Construction
Code Official is hereby created as a new position, with the requirement
that any individual filling the aforesaid position must be certified
as a Technical Assistant under the Laws of the State of New Jersey
for the Assistant to the Construction Code Official, and that such
individual shall fill the duties and responsibilities set forth by
the Construction Code Department of the Borough of Eatontown, the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Eatontown and the State of New
Jersey through its statutes and rules and regulations. The Technical
Assistant may be hired either as a full-time or part-time employee
at the discretion of the Mayor and Council.
