All tennis courts owned and maintained by the Borough shall be subject to the regulations set forth more fully below.

No person shall be permitted to use the tennis courts unless he or she shall have first obtained an identifying badge from the Borough Clerk.
The annual fee for such identifying badge shall be $1.
The Borough Recreation Director shall have the power to reserve court time for particular persons or groups and shall have the power to establish and post regulations for the use of the courts.
The annual fee for a member of any tennis league organized by the Borough Recreation Director shall be $2 in addition to the fee required for the identifying badge.
