The Police Department shall charge a fee of
$10 to any person requesting the taking of fingerprints of any individual.
Residents of the Township over the age of 65
years, minors who are residents of the Township under the age of 18
years, residents of Harrison Township working in Harrison Township
or other school districts within the State of New Jersey, and nonresidents
employed in the Harrison or Clearview School Districts shall be exempt
from the provisions of this article and shall not be subject to a
charge for the taking of fingerprints.
All fees charged and collected for the taking
of fingerprints pursuant to this article shall be paid into the general
account of the Township treasury.
