The site plan submissions will be evaluated for conformance with "Guidelines for Site Plan Review" by the Planning Board and of current issue as of the application date. In addition, all applicable federal, state and county codes and regulations are applicable except where the standards in this chapter are more stringent, in which case the latter will govern.
It shall be the responsibility of the Planning Board to promulgate and maintain guidelines for site plan review.
All provisions of Chapter 225, Zoning, and Chapter 192, Subdivision of Land, in effect at the date of application are applicable.[1]

Editor's Note: The Site Plan Review Checklist, which immediately followed this section, was repealed in its entirety 7-1-1991 by Ord. No. 13-1991. That ordinance further provided as follows: "The checklist for submission requirements, entitled, ‘Submission Requirements, Land Development Review’ of Harrison Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey and denoted as Form M-3/91 for use by the municipal body, and Form A-3/91 for use by applicants making application to the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment, as the case may be, is hereby adopted as the official checklist for the determination of completeness of said applications." See § 192-17, as amended 9-19-1994 by Ord. No. 16-1994 and further amended 3-17-2003 by Ord. No. 6-2003. The Checklist is included at the end of Ch. 192.
