The minor site plan submissions will be evaluated
in accordance with guidelines for minor site plan review by the Combined
Planning Board. In addition, applicable federal, state and county
codes and regulations are applicable, except where the standards in
this chapter are more stringent, in which case the latter will govern.

It shall be the responsibility of the hearing
Board to promulgate and maintain guidelines for minor site plan review.

All provisions of the Harrison Township Zoning[1] and Land Subdivision Ordinance[2] regulations in effect at the date of application are applicable. Major site plan (including Community Architectural Design Standards found in § 174-11) regulations are also applicable to minor site plan regulations. It shall be the responsibility of the Board to promulgate and maintain guidelines for minor site plan review.
