§ 4-19 Director.

The Police Department shall he headed by a director who shall be the Chief of Police and who shall be qualified by training and experience.

§ 4-20 Functions.

The Police Department shall perform all appropriate functions associated with:

A. Maintaining all aspects of police protection and traffic control, including, without limitation, school crossing guards.

B. Supervising animal control activities.

C. Operating a centralized radio communications system.

D. Such other functions as are assigned by other ordinances of the Township.

§ 4-21 Organization.

The Police Department shall be organized pursuant to plan approved as provided in § 4-9 of this chapter.
