For the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the use of tennis courts owned by the Township, there is hereby adopted the rules and regulations governing the use of tennis courts promulgated by the Hillside Board of Recreation Commissioners. Use of municipal tennis courts shall be subject to further rules and regulations as may be promulgated by resolution of the Board of Recreation Commissioners. Said rules and regulations are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this chapter as if set forth herein at length. All rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Recreation Commissioners shall be subject to the approval of the Hillside Township Committee.
A. 
Rules and regulations shall be posted at the tennis courts and copies thereof filed with the Township Clerk for public inspection.
B. 
The Board of Recreation Commissioners may close or limit the tennis court facilities whenever, in its judgment, such action is deemed necessary or desirable for the protection of the health or safety of persons entitled to use the facilities.
C. 
Members of the Police Department or Board of Recreation Commissioners and their employees, when on duty at the tennis courts, shall have the power of expulsion or suspension of the privileges otherwise granted to persons permitted to use the tennis courts.
D. 
Any person who shall use or attempt to use any tennis court owned by the Township in violation of any rule or regulation promulgated by the Hillside Board of Recreation Commissioners, for the use of such tennis courts, shall be deemed and adjudged a disorderly person.
E. 
In addition to any other penalty, the Board of Recreation Commissioners may revoke the privileges of any person to use said tennis courts.
