Any member of the Board of Health or the officers or agents thereof
may make the inspections and examinations required by any law of this state
or by any code, ordinance, regulation or order of this Board upon exhibiting
his badge, accompanied by a photographic identification, under the Seal of
the Board; and all persons are hereby forbidden to interfere with or obstruct
such inspection, examination or execution under a penalty of a fine of not
less than five dollars ($5.) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.) for
each and every offense.
