There shall be a Department of Municipal Support Services, the head of which shall be known and designated as the Director of Municipal Support Services. The Department shall consist of a Division of Public Works.
The functions of the Division of Public Works shall include:
A. 
Maintaining, constructing and reconstructing streets, roads, drainage facilities and easements.
B. 
Maintaining public buildings and grounds, including parks and gardens.
C. 
Maintaining motorized equipment.
D. 
Installing and maintaining signs.
E. 
Recycling.
F. 
Administering Township ordinances relating to street openings.
G. 
Providing for and supervising the removal of snow.
H. 
Providing for and supervising the clearing of debris off Township streets and roads.[1]
