There shall be a Department of Family and Community
Services, the head of which shall be known and designated as Director
of the Department of Family and Community Services.
The Director of the Department Family and Community
Services must be a licensed counselor.
The Department of Family and Community Services
shall have jurisdiction over the following municipal programs:
A.
Family Management.
B.
"Banana Splits."
C.
GED-Pre-Counseling and Career Choice.
D.
Marriage/Couples Counseling.
E.
Single Parent Support Group.
F.
"Mother's Cupboard."
G.
Alcohol, tobacco and other drug training.
H.
Gloucester County Institute of Technology Summer Program
for at risk students.
I.
Information and referral service.
J.
TAME (Teen Alliance Main Events).
