A. 
The following Board of Education property, specifically Washington Township High School, shall have the movement of traffic controlled by the type of regulation indicated herein. No person shall operate or park a vehicle in violation of the regulations herein.
(1) 
General parking.
(a) 
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(b) 
No person shall stop or stand in a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions:

Reserved parking. All vehicles that are granted specialty parking in this section, such as police vehicles, ambulances, teachers, etc., must be properly identified, and the reserved parking spaces must be shown on the attached site plan.

Through streets. The following streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near-right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designation.

All signs, posts, or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant, Board of Education. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $100 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
B. 
No person shall park at any time in spaces marked or designated by signs for police vehicles or Township officials only.
A. 
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, on the following private property, which is open to the public and to which the public is invited, the movement of traffic shall be controlled by the regulations listed herein. No person shall operate or park a vehicle in violation of the following regulations.

Parking in designated stalls. No vehicle shall park anywhere within the parking area of Grant's Plaza, except within the designated parking stalls indicated by white pavement markings.
(c) 
Signs. Signs shall be installed and maintained by the owners of Grant's Plaza, Interstate Properties, in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.
(d) 
Site plan reference. All of the designations aforementioned refer to a site plan of the area which has heretofore been filed with the Township Clerk and incorporated herein by reference.
(3) 
Bright Beginnings.
(a) 
Parking prohibited. No person shall park a vehicle at any time as indicated below:

The area of the Washington Memorial Hospital parking lot bounded by lane J, lane A, lane L and lane B shall be reserved exclusively for the parking of physicians' vehicles, and such vehicles shall be conspicuously identified by a parking decal provided by the administrator of the hospital. Vehicles not bearing such decals shall be prohibited from parking in places properly marked and signed.
(c) 
Stopping or standing prohibited. No person shall stop or stand a vehicle at any time at the following locations within the Washington Memorial Hospital parking lot, except for the discharging or picking up of passengers:

ACP Cross Keys Associates has filed a written consent with the Township of Washington Police Department that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Cross Keys Shopping Center located in the Township of Washington, County of Gloucester and the following regulations shall be enforceable:
(a) 
All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(b) 
Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide as shown on the attached site plan and signed with R7-8 and R7-8P (reserved parking sign and penalty plate), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
(c)

(g) 
The existing stop sign on Road A at Road D shall be removed. All signs, posts, or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the Township of Washington. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
(h) 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this subsection or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
B. 
The owners of the premises referred to in this section shall provide and install signs and pavement markings as required, which signage and markings shall be in accordance with the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The cost of signs and installations shall be the responsibility of the owner of said property. The owner shall, subsequent to the initial procurement and installation, maintain such signs and pavement markings in good condition at no cost or expense to the municipality.
C. 
Unless otherwise provided, the penalty for a violation and conviction of this section shall be not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 and/or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days, or by a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the regulations of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes are hereby made applicable to the properties listed below:

A written consent has been filed by the Township of Washington Police Department that the provisions of Subtitle One of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Canterbury Mews Condominiums located in the Township of Washington, County of Gloucester and the following regulations shall be enforceable:

In the interest of public safety, the Township of Washington authorizes the application and implementation of Title 39 of the New Jersey motor vehicle statutes as authorized by N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 to all streets within Pinnacle Place and the Villages at Parke Place and specifically identified as follows:

Any person who parks their vehicle in a designated handicapped parking area, and does not have the requisite handicapped parking permit issued by the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles, will be prosecuted in the same manner as provided by N.J.S.A. 39:1-1 et seq.
(c) 
Speed limits. The speed limits that are posted on property will be enforced by the Washington Township Police Department, through this section, with the authority vested in them by Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes and the municipal ordinances of Washington Township. The speed limit for all traffic along the roadways specified herein shall be 25 miles per hour. Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected and maintained by the property owner to affect the above-designated statutory speed limit authorized by N.J.S.A. 39:4-98.
(d) 
Tow-away zone. Any vehicles parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by the towing of the said vehicle at the owner or operator's expense, within the discretion of the Washington Township Police Department, pursuant to Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes and the Washington Township ordinances.

Work shall be checked by the Washington Township Police Department and the Washington Township Engineer, to ensure all installations meet state and federal specifications.

Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.

All signs, posts, or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-183.27.
(11) 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this subsection or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
The owners of the premises referred to in §§ 260-47 and 260-48 above shall provide and install signs and pavement markings as required, which signage and markings shall be in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The cost for the procurement and installation of signs and pavement markings shall be the responsibility of the owner of said property. The owner shall, subsequent to initial procurement and installation, maintain such signs and pavement markings in good condition at no cost or expense to the municipality. The owner shall be responsible for the repair and restoration or replacement of same.
