No person shall set up or operate any miniature golf course
or miniature driving, putting or practice court for profit unless
he/she first obtains a license therefor.
Licenses shall be issued for a term of one year commencing on
January 1 and expiring on December 31 of the year of issuance.

All places licensed under the provisions of this article shall
close each night at 11:00 p.m. and remain closed until 7:00 a.m.
