As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes roosters, goats, horses, sheep, swine or cattle.
No person shall harbor or keep any farm animal within the limits of the Township except on an established farm and with written permission from the Township Department of Health.
A.
No farm animal shall be allowed in any dwelling house or any part thereof within the Township limits.
B.
No pen, stable or other place for the keeping of farm animals shall be located within 50 feet of any building used either as a dwelling or for business purposes.
C.
All places where farm animals are kept shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
No farm animal shall be allowed to run at large within the Township.
