A. 
Residents of Wayne may purchase badges for the use of municipal tennis courts as follows:
(1) 
Children ages 5-15, as provided in Chapter 75, Fees, which badge shall allow the holder to use the courts Monday through Saturday up to 6:00 p.m. and to use the courts Monday through Saturday after 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday, only when holders of adult badges are not using the courts.
(2) 
Minors 16 years of age to 18 years of age: as provided in Chapter 75, Fees, which badge shall allow the holder to use the courts Monday through Saturday up to 6:00 p.m. and to use the courts Monday through Saturday after 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday, only when holders of adult badges are not using the courts.
(3) 
Adults 18 years of age and over as provided in Chapter 75, Fees, per season, which badge shall allow the holder to use the courts at any time the courts are open.
(4) 
Senior citizens (persons who have attained the retirement age as determined in Section 216(a) of the Federal Social Security Act or who are under a disability as defined in that Act): as provided in Chapter 75, Fees.
B. 
A nonresident of Wayne, 18 years of age or over, who is employed in Wayne Township may purchase a badge as provided in Chapter 75, Fees, which badge shall allow the holder to use the courts at any time the courts are open. Proof of full-time employment shall be required.

C. 
Fees for guests. Fees for the use of municipal tennis courts by guests, to be honored only when such guest accompanies and participates with a Wayne resident holding a valid tennis badge, shall be as provided in Chapter 75, Fees.
D. 
Rules and regulations for use of municipal tennis courts shall be promulgated by the Township and shall be displayed at the tennis courts, on the Township web site and are on file in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
