The State of New Jersey has established rules and regulations
concerning the use and sale of fertilizers. (N.J.S.A. 58:10A-61 et
seq.) These regulations control the type and use of fertilizers on
lands within the Township.

The Director of the Department of Public Works, the Director
of the Health Department, or their designee shall enforce the provisions
of this article.
Where no other penalty is provided by law, any person, firm,
corporation, partnership, limited-liability company or franchise who
or which shall violate the provisions of this article shall, for the
first offense, receive a written warning, and for any second or subsequent
offense shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 for each offense.
