The following zones, streets or other public
places are hereby designated pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
523 of the Laws of 1929, entitled "An act in relation to street and
other public improvements in the City of Albany," where no petition
shall be required for the grading, filling, forming, curbing, recurbing,
paving, repaving, resurfacing or repairing the carriageway or for
the construction of the sidewalk or for the sodding and setting out
of trees in the sidewalk or for the laying, relaying, construction
or alteration of sewers or outlet sewers, drains or culverts:

streets or avenues, within the zone or district bounded on the north
by Patroon's Creek, on the east by the Hudson River, on the south
by Gansevoort Street, Third Avenue, Morton Avenue, Holland Avenue
and New Scotland Avenue and on the west by Ontario Street and the
northerly continuation thereof.
