No person shall remove or cause to be removed
or damage or cause to be damaged any portion of any public sewer or
any house connection sewer in a public easement, or use or cause to
be used or cause to be taken any water from any sewer or flushing
apparatus for any use whatever.
Whenever a house connection sewer connection
permittee or any other person, by reason of violation of this chapter,
causes obstruction, damage or destruction of a public sewer, he shall
reimburse the town for the cost of flushing, cleaning, repairing and
reconnecting such sewer made necessary by such violation, within thirty
(30) days after the Town of Cortlandt shall render an invoice for
the same.
