by L.L. No. 19-1991 (Ch. 3 of the 1989 Code). Amendments
noted where applicable.]
Enforcement of the provisions of the Code of the Village of Endicott
and the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (Title 9,
Subtitle 5, Chapter I, of NYCRR) by the Fire Marshal, the Code Enforcement
Officer and their assistant inspectors shall be commenced by the issuance
of an appearance ticket.
Said appearance ticket shall be returnable not less than three days
from the date of issuance; and the information upon which the appearance ticket
is based shall be filed with the Endicott Village Court on the day before
the return date of the appearance ticket.
