noted where applicable.]
A.Â
All persons reporting for jury duty pursuant to official
notice served upon them by the Village Court, Village of Endicott, Broome
County, New York, shall be paid the sum of $2.
B.Â
All persons reporting for jury duty at the Village Court
of the Village and serving as jurors at jury trials held in said Village Court
shall be paid the sum of $5 per day for reporting and serving as jurors.
C.Â
The Village Treasurer is authorized to set up a special
petty cash fund in the sum of $100 for the Village Justice from which payments
to jurors shall be made and receipts therefor obtained.
