[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Endicott 10-23-1989 by L.L. No. 5-1989 as Ch. 111 of the 1989 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful for any persons, other than duly authorized members of police and other governmental agencies acting in the discharge of their official duty, to fire, discharge or set off or cause or procure to be fired, discharged or set off any cannon, percussion, air or other gun or pistol within the village.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 for each offense or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
