A.
Rates.
(1)
There shall be charged a flat rate of $4.50 for any
trip originating and ending within the boundaries of the Village.
A flat rate of $1.50 shall be charged for each additional passenger.
(2)
A flat rate of $4 shall apply to senior citizens for
any trip originating and ending within the boundaries of the Village.
A flat rate of $1.50 shall be charged for each additional passenger.
(3)
A charge for waiting over five minutes will be assessed
at the rate of $15 per hour.
(4)
An additional charge of $2.50 shall be charged for
all fares between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 4:30 a.m.
(5)
A charge of $5 over and above the fare will be assessed
for package deliveries.
(6)
Children under the age of five years old shall not
be charged any fee.
(7)
The rate charged for a trip outside of the Village
boundaries shall be reasonably negotiated between the driver and the
passenger(s).
B.
The foregoing rates shall be posted conspicuously
in each cab.
C.
No different rates shall be charged other than those
set forth above.

There shall be one solicitor for any taxi at
the railroad station or any other public stand. The driver shall solicit
only from a point within five feet of his/her taxi. No driver shall
solicit patronage in a loud or annoying tone of voice or by sign,
or in any manner so as to annoy any person or obstruct the movement
of any person, or follow any person for the purpose of soliciting
patronage.
