The rules and regulations governing electric light and power installations
and the rules and regulations of the Water Department heretofore adopted by
the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre, as
amended, and any which may hereafter be adopted by said Board of Trustees
are hereby incorporated into the Code of the Incorporated Village of Rockville
Centre.
The rules and regulations referred to in § 306-1 above are to have the same force and effect and are to be enforceable in the same manner as if they were completely restated herein.
Any person, firm or corporation which shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations incorporated herein shall be subject to the penalties and restrictions contained in the rules and regulations referred to in § 306-1 above and in addition, shall be subject, for each violation thereof, to a penalty not exceeding the sum of $100 for each offense. A violation of this chapter shall constitute disorderly conduct, and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person. Each day any such violation shall be permitted or suffered to exist or continue shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing contained herein will limit the right of the Board of Trustees to enforce obedience to this chapter by injunction.
