Village of Rockville Centre, NY Article XIII Urban Renewal Multiple Dwelling C District

§ 340-70 Uses.

In the Urban Renewal Multiple Dwelling C District, no building or premises shall be used, and no building shall be erected or altered, for other than one or more of the following uses:

A. Any use permitted in the Urban Renewal Multiple Dwelling B (RC) District and, in addition thereto, nursing homes. Such uses shall be governed by all regulations pertaining to said Urban Renewal Multiple Dwelling B (RC) District (Article X, §§ 340-46 through 340-54).

§ 340-71 Parking requirements.

Parking space requirements are set forth in Chart IV of the Rockville Centre Zoning Code. Chart IV is entitled "Schedule of Minimum Required Off-Street Parking."[1]
