In Urban Renewal Recreational and Limited Commercial District, no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered for other than one or more of the following uses:
A. 
Recreational facilities exclusive of theaters.
B. 
Private parking.
C. 
Personal service establishments including the sale of goods providing said goods are incidental to the personal services being rendered on the premises.

Controls affecting the items as herein listed below shall be the same as the controls as listed in Article XVIII entitled "Urban Renewal Commercial or Light Manufacturing A District."

Lot size.
B. 
Building area.
C. 
Front yards.
D. 
Side yards.
E. 
Rear yards.
F. 
Corner plots.

Parking space requirements are set forth in Chart IV of the Rockville Centre Zoning Code. Chart IV is entitled "Schedule of Minimum Required Off-Street Parking."[1]

No building, except a church or school, shall be raised, altered or erected greater in height than two stories, which height shall not exceed an aggregate of 30 feet including false peaks or gables.
