A.
No person, firm or entity shall keep, store, transport
or have possession of, in the village, any explosive, fuse or electrical blasting
caps, fireworks of any description or any other explosive compound or device
or other dangerous articles unless the same is done as otherwise permitted
by law.
B.
No person, firm or entity shall sell, offer or expose
for sale or give away loaded cartridges, blank cartridges, caps, percussion
caps, fuse or electrical blasting caps or dynamite or any other explosive
materials of any description within the village unless the same is done as
otherwise permitted by law.
C.
No person, firm or entity shall discharge any fireworks,
firearms, gunpowder, blasting caps, dynamite or other explosives within the
village except as otherwise permitted by law.[1]
