The provisions of this article shall apply except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or official traffic control device.
A. 
Whenever a space is marked off on any street for the parking of an individual vehicle, any vehicle there parked shall be parked within the lines bounding such space.
B. 
No person shall operate or permit the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of the restrictions of this section.

A. 
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, the parking or standing of vehicles on any street or public place in the Village is hereby prohibited between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day.
B. 
No person shall operate or permit the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of the restrictions of this section.

A. 
On those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§ 196-37);
B. 
In any fire lane described in Schedule IXA (§ 196-37.1);
C. 
On any sidewalk in the Village; or
D. 
On any street or highway in such manner as to block a driveway or crosswalk.
No person shall operate or permit the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of the restrictions of this section and the aforesaid schedules or violate the provisions of this section and the aforesaid schedules.
A. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in the locations described in Schedule X (§ 196-38) during the times indicated of any day except Sundays and holidays, unless otherwise indicated.
B. 
No person shall operate or permit the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of the restrictions of this section and the aforesaid schedule or violate the provisions of this section and the aforesaid schedule.

A. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in the locations described in Schedule XI (§ 196-39) for a longer period of time than that designated, during the hours indicated.
B. 
No person shall operate or permit the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of the restrictions of this section and the aforesaid schedule or violate the provisions of this section and the aforesaid schedule.

A. 
The standing of vehicles at any time is hereby prohibited during the hours indicated in the locations described in Schedule XII (§ 196-40).
B. 
No person shall operate or permit the operation of a motor vehicle in violation of the restrictions of this section and the aforesaid schedule or violate the provisions of this section and the aforesaid schedule.
