A.
Violations. Failure to secure a permit, when required,
or operating after suspension or revocation of a permit by the Board
of Health or the Health Officer shall constitute a violation of this
health code. When written notice of a violation of any of the provisions
of this health code has been served upon any person, such violation
shall be discontinued immediately.
B.
Penalty. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this chapter shall be liable, on conviction thereof, in a summary
proceeding, to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000
for each offense unless a lesser penalty is provided hereunder. Whenever
such person shall have been notified by service of a citation in a
summary proceeding or by service of a notice of violation by the Health
Officer that he is committing such violation of this chapter, each
day that he shall thereafter continue the violation shall constitute
a separate offense punishable by a like fine.
