A maximum speed limit of 25 miles per hour is hereby established upon all streets in the Borough, except for such locations and circumstances when a lesser speed shall be required under the provisions of the law.

A. 
A maximum speed limit of 10 miles per hour is hereby established upon all avenues in the Borough, except for such locations and circumstances when a lesser speed shall be required under the provisions of the law.
B. 
Any person who shall violate this article shall, upon conviction thereof, in a summary hearing, be sentenced to pay such fines as may be imposed pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3362 and/or other applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code as amended from time to time.
