Owners of real estate on which are located individual
sewage disposal systems within 100 feet of the drainage conduit and/or
drain between Crandall Avenue and Winnapaug Pond, which deposits surface
and/or storm water into Winnapaug Pond shall pump such individual
septic disposal systems at least once a year between September 15
and October 15, except that in 1994, the time for pumping may be extended
to October 30.
A plan showing the location of such drain is
attached hereto and made a part of this section by reference.
Any person who shall violate any provision of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished for each
violation by a fine of not more than $500. The continuation of a violation
of any provision of this article shall constitute for each day the
violation is continued a separate and distinct violation hereunder.
