The playing of any radio, phonograph, tape or any musical instrument
in such a manner or with such volume or at such hour of the day or night as
to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of any person shall be unlawful.
Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be guilty
of a Class 3 misdemeanor. A violation of this chapter may be prepaid to the
Clerk of the General District Court or Clerk of the Juvenile and Domestic
Relations District Court. The fine shall be $50 for the first violation of
this chapter and $100 for a second violation.
