Pursuant to § 15.2-1719 of the Code of Virginia, the Board
of Supervisors of Northumberland County does hereby provide for the public
sale of unclaimed personal property and for the retention for use by the law
enforcement agency of any unclaimed personal property which has been in the
possession of the Northumberland County Sheriff's Department and unclaimed
for a period of more than 60 days.
