Any person aggrieved by any order or ruling of the Chief of the Fire
Department or any of the Chief's subordinate inspectors may appeal from such
ruling to the Shorewood Board of Appeals. Such appeal shall be in writing
designating with particularity the relief which is sought and the remedy proposed
and shall be submitted to the Village Clerk within 30 calendar days of the
ruling, order or decision. The fee for appealing in each case shall be as
provided by the Village Fee Schedule.
