The penalty for violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a forfeiture as hereinafter provided, together with the cost of prosecution imposed as provided in §§ 345.20 to 345.53, Wis. Stats.:
A. Uniform offenses. Except as provided in Subsection
D hereof for nonmoving traffic offenses, forfeitures for violation of any provisions of Chs. 341 to 348, Wis. Stats., adopted by reference in §
500-1 of this chapter, shall conform to forfeitures for violations of the comparable state offense, including any variations or increases for second offenses and subsequent offenses.
B. Special local regulations. The forfeiture for violation of any provision of Articles
II,
IV,
V,
VI,
IX,
X,
XI and
XII of this chapter shall not be less than $5 nor more than $2,000.
C. Miscellaneous. The forfeiture for violation of any provision of §
500-2 of Article
I of this chapter shall be not less than $10 nor more than $2,000.
D. Parking.

(1) The forfeitures for offenses described in §§ 346.50 to 346.55(1) and (2), Wis. Stats., adopted by reference in Article
I of this chapter, excepting therefrom § 346.505, Wis. Stats., and for violation of any of the provisions of the
parking regulations in Article
VIII of this chapter, except as provided hereinafter, shall be those amounts as numerated in the Schedule for
Parking Offense Forfeitures found in Subsection
D(6) of this section.
(2) The forfeitures for offenses described in §
500-29 of this chapter and § 346.55(3) and (4), Wis. Stats., shall be those amounts as numerated in the Schedule for
Parking Offense Forfeitures found in Subsection
D(6) of this section.
(3) The forfeitures for violation of any provision of Article
XII, Snow Emergency
Parking, of this chapter shall be those amounts as numerated in the Schedule for
Parking Offense Forfeitures found in Subsection
D(6) of this section.
(4) The forfeitures for offenses described in § 346.505, Wis. Stats., related to
parking in handicapped zones shall be those amounts as numerated in the Schedule for
Parking Offense Forfeitures found in Subsection
D(6) of this section.
(5) The provisions of § 345.28, Wis. Stats., related to the issuance of citations for nonmoving traffic violations and all enforcement procedures set forth in said section are hereby incorporated by reference herein. The local authority referred to in said section is hereby designated to be the Shorewood Police Department.

(7) In addition, an administrative fee plus a state recording fee as provided by the Village Fee Schedule shall be assessed for unpaid parking tickets after 10 days from date of issuance which result in a suspended vehicle registration.
E. Penalty provisions related to children. The penalty provisions of § 938.17(2), Wis. Stats., related to children age 16 or older are hereby incorporated by reference in and made applicable to the provisions of this chapter.
F. Enforcement of unpaid judgments. The provisions of § 345.47(1)(d), Wis. Stats., related to unpaid court judgments for traffic offenses and the enforcement procedures set forth in said section are hereby incorporated by reference herein.
G. Terms. Upon the stipulation of the parties, and subject to the approval of the court, upon a finding that such stipulation is in the public interest and serves the interests of justice, the court may impose terms, not to exceed $100, against a defendant upon dismissal of an action and said moneys shall be deposited in the Village's general fund.
