Cedar Avenue between its intersection with Center
Avenue and South Avenue is hereby established as a one-way street,
and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on Cedar
Avenue between its intersections with Center Avenue and South Avenue
other than in the direction from Center Avenue toward South Avenue.

Front Street between its intersection with North Street and
Center Street is hereby established as a one-way street, and it shall
be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on Front Street between
its intersections with North Street and Center Street other than in
the direction from North Street towards Center Street.

Second Street between its intersection with North Street and
Center Street is hereby established as a one-way street, and it shall
be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on Second Street between
its intersections with North Street and Center Street other than in
the direction from Center Street toward North Street.

Any person who violates a provision of this
article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the appropriate penalties
set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101
et seq.) for each provision so violated.
