As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON
Includes a corporation, a joint-stock association, a partnership, as well as an individual, as the case may be.
No person shall picnic on any public place or highway.

A. 
The violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
B. 
Each day that a violation of this chapter occurs or continues shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
