It is hereby determined that the smoking of cigarettes,
cigars and tobacco in any form uniformly regulated by the State of
Wisconsin is against the health and welfare of the citizens of the
Village of Superior, particularly those under the age of 18 years.
B.Â
Sections 254.911, 254.916 and 254.92, Wis. Stats.,
are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference, so far as applicable,
except as otherwise provided in this section. Any future amendments,
modifications or revisions of §§ 254.911, 254.916 and
254.92, Wis. Stats., herein incorporated by reference, are intended
to be made part of this chapter in order to secure uniform statewide
regulation of the sale of tobacco and its purchase by minors.

Section 134.66, Wis. Stats., is hereby adopted and
incorporated by reference, so far as applicable, except as otherwise
provided in this section. Any future amendments, modifications or
revisions of § 134.66, Wis., Stats., herein incorporated
by reference, are intended to be made part of this chapter in order
to secure uniform statewide regulation of the sale of tobacco and
its purchase by minors.
Subject to the provisions of §§ 134.66
and 254.911, 254.916 and 254.92, Wis. Stats., and any defenses provided
therein, the penalties for violation of this chapter are those found
in §§ 254.92, 134.66(4) and 134.66(2)(b)(2), where
appropriate, as amended, modified or revised.
