A person is guilty of an offense if, with purpose to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm or recklessly creating a risk thereof, he:
Fights in a public place or challenges another person in a public place to a fight.
Creates a hazardous or physically dangerous condition by an act which serves no legitimate purpose of the actor.
Maliciously and willfully disturbs another person by loud and unreasonable noise.
Uses offensive words in a public place which are inherently likely to provoke an immediate violent reaction.
Disrupts any lawful assembly or meeting of persons without lawful authority.
Obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic without lawful authority.
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to one or more of the following: imprisonment in the county jail or in any other place provided by the municipality for the detention of prisoners for any term not exceeding 90 days or by a fine not exceeding $1,250 or by a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, to become effective on the effective date of this section.
