The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park or leave standing a vehicle, whether attended or unattended, on any street in the Township between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
No person shall park a truck, trailer or truck tractor at any time on any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIII (§ 223-68), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIV (§ 223-69), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV (§ 223-70), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XVI (§ 223-71) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVII (§ 223-72) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIII (§ 223-73) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVIII of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIX (§ 223-74) except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 223-75), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XXI (§ 223-76), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XXII (§ 223-77), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.

No commercial motor vehicle shall park at any time on any roadway unless the driver thereof is actively engaged in providing the service for which the commercial motor vehicle is designed or customarily used.

A. 
Motor vehicles may not be stored, parked, or maintained on any front lawn grass or dirt areas in residential districts. It shall be unlawful for any property owner, tenant or occupant to park or permit the parking of any motor vehicle on any front lawn grass or dirt areas in a residential district.
B. 
The provisions of this section shall be enforced by the Police Department. Permission for the temporary parking of motor vehicles on front lawn grass or dirt areas may be granted by the Police Department, which shall have authority to suspend enforcement of this section for motor vehicles temporarily parked on front lawn grass or dirt areas pursuant to such permission granted by the Police Department.
C. 
Any person who violates the provisions of this section, or permits a violation of this section on property owned or rented by such person, shall be subject to a fine in accordance with the following schedule: for a first offense, the sum of $25; for a second offense, the sum of $50; for a third offense, the sum of $150; for a fourth offense, the sum of $250; and for each offense thereafter, the sum of $500.
