Town of Union Vale, NY Article III Notice of Delinquency

§ 196-2 Service charge.

Pursuant to § 987, Subdivision 1, of the Real Property Tax Law, the Town of Union Vale is hereby authorized to impose a one-dollar service charge to cover the expense of mailing out a notice of delinquency to taxpayers.
